Omnissa Strengthens Its Digital Work Platform With New AI Capabilities Designed With Trust and Transparency at the Core

AI-powered Omni assistant and new agentic service extends the platform’s four-stage AI framework, helping organizations deliver smarter, faster, and more secure digital workspaces

Omnissa ONE 2025 - Omnissa, a leading digital work platform company, today unveiled a new wave of AI innovations across its platform, with its upcoming release of the AI-powered Omni assistant and the introduction of the Omnissa AI agentic service for consuming and creating transformative agentic workflows. Built on the company’s four-stage framework for trusted AI adoption – Alert, Advise, Assist, and Autonomy – these announcements advance Omnissa closer to its vision of delivering a truly autonomous workspace for customers, while reinforcing that trust and transparency are central to its AI-driven approach.

“Artificial intelligence isn’t just about automation, it’s about achieving aligned, relevant, and trusted outcomes that empower people to do their best work,” said Bharath Rangarajan, senior vice president of products and technology alliances at Omnissa. “With the launch of our Omni assistant and our new agentic service powering next-gen use cases, we’re taking a pivotal step toward helping IT teams reduce workloads, automate routine tasks, and resolve issues faster. We’re integrating AI core capabilities deep within the Omnissa platform without losing sight of our goal to deliver a human-centric experience for both IT teams and employees.”

Assist capabilities across the digital workspace

Executing on the Assist stage of its four-stage AI framework, Omnissa is announcing the upcoming availability of the Omni assistant embedded across the platform. Omni brings generative AI-powered natural language interactions into the digital workspace that simplifies how IT teams and employees access data insights, perform knowledge searches, and create scripts. By delivering conversational, in-context, and real-time guidance across all solutions on the platform, Omni helps organizations accelerate problem resolution and reduce manual effort.

In a separate announcement today, Omnissa unveiled Experience Management Playbooks and the expansion of its guided root-cause analysis features to now support Horizon virtual desktops. Together, the conversational, in-context, and real-time guidance across the platform helps organizations remediate issues faster and improve the employee experience.

Powering proactive, agent-driven workflows

Progressing along its AI framework to Autonomy, Omnissa is also announcing the Omnissa agentic service, enabling IT teams to create and consume transformational, agentic workflows in the platform. Designed as a digital extension of IT teams, these agentic workflows can interpret platform signals, translate them into meaningful actions, and orchestrate end-to-end tasks. The first use case, available soon in beta, will bring an agentic vulnerability defense workflow into the platform, showcasing how AI can accelerate security responses, and help reduce risks. The AI agentic service represents a key milestone toward autonomous workspaces that are self-configuring, self-healing, and self-securing workspaces.

Building on previous AI-driven innovations

Omnissa delivers the industry’s only digital work platform that unifies secure unified endpoint management, virtual desktops and apps, digital employee experience, and security solutions on a single platform. The platform is further differentiated by core services that Omnissa is now powering with AI to deliver adaptive security and hyper-automation at scale.

Omnissa has long-delivered AI innovations on its platform, beginning with the first AI/ML-powered intelligence capabilities in 2017 to more recent insights capabilities and guided root-cause-analysis features that support the Alert and Advise stages of the company’s four-stage AI trust framework. Now Omnissa is expanding its AI capabilities to enable trusted, more secure outcomes and bring customers closer to realizing the benefits of an autonomous workspace.

Delivering customer confidence with trust and transparency

As organizations embrace AI, trust and transparency are non-negotiable, and Omnissa is taking steps to provide organizations with visibility and control to minimize risk from unsanctioned AI usage. Omnissa is giving customers greater visibility with complete opt-out control over AI features that do not align with their organizational policies, along with centralized “nutrition labels” that detail how models and data are being used for these features.
