Skeyeon Announces the Passing of Founder Ron Reedy and Appoints New Leadership
Skeyeon today announced with profound sadness the passing of its founder and visionary, Dr. Ronald E. Reedy. A pioneering semiconductor and space-systems innovator, Dr. Reedy’s career spanned groundbreaking work in RF SOI/UltraCMOS® at Peregrine Semiconductor (now pSemi) and, more recently, the advancement of Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO) satellite architectures at Skeyeon. Dr. Reedy earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, an M.S.E.E. from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering & Applied Physics from UC San Diego.
